Seattle City Wedding / The Foundry

Updated: Oct 18, 2019

Meet Jennifer & Jon. They were both born within just a couple of days each other at the same hospital in Tacoma. They crossed paths again twenty six years later, in Ballard at King's Hardware. You can see their engagement session here, with a stop over at the same bar!

Their wedding was nothing short of amazing. The guys got hot shaves in the morning at the Weldon Barber and got ready across the street at the The Westin Seattle. There were a lot of UW Husky football fans among the groomsmen, as that is their alma matter. Some Husky thirsts were also worn! Please pay special attention to Jon's socks - for their honeymoon these two went on a Safari in Africa, and the socks were a very fitting lion touch.

In the meantime, the gals were getting ready at the Hotel Sorrento. From Jenn's beautiful accessories to her dress, and the lovely dresses her bridesmaids wore it was a perfectly put together day with beautiful touches throughout the whole day. Their ceremony took place at The Foundry by Herban Feast. It is one of my favorite city venues - it's very versatile and gives you all of the qualities a rural

venue would, with the urban landscape just nearby. Herban Feast always does a fantastic job with their food and catering, and all of their wedding venues are to die for. If you're looking for a Seattle wedding city venue with amazing staff - this is it! They are located right by train tracks and have gorgeous sunsets for golden hour. This was my second time at The Foundry in Seattle, and hopefully not the last!
